@ maxheadroom,
i know its a matter of taste, but superluminova has gone out of his way to deliniate the text from the background the themes are very practical and clean. if you see he darkens or lightens the menu and flip flops between black and white text accordingly. i doubt you will find a themer that will suit your needs unless you make them yourself.
*SE theme editor and TCP are the only progs available, in fact thanks to ericssony we have TCP

i just wanna give a huge thank you to maggie as she sent me a copy of the SE theme creator (email finally worked this morning), which has allowed me to make my first k700 theme, and in honour of maggie's dutchness i made a dutch based theme: what do you guys and gals think?
