"1 more thing, is it possible to get or import pix from a utz file? let say i want a status bar from another theme can would like 2 use it on another, is it possible? "
As long as you ask permission of the original author as you can really claim ownership of a theme if its just a frankenstein of other peoples efforts, and a utz is really a .zip file with the extension changed and can be "unstuffed" using stuffit expander or winzip, unzip

Themes are a little different from video and female nudity is acceptable - but no erect male members or penetration please.
There is a section there for Adult content which you can browse and get an idea for what's acceptable.

Yes you can use graphics from other themes by extracting them from the UTZ - easiest way is to use Vivo technologies editor which is just so cool it's ice! I can't imagine anyone shouting 'copyright' as most of the themes use images that the theme creator doesn't own anyway - not that I can imagine it becoming a problem as long as no-one charges for themes. Just support the sites.
I'm writing a few new themes myself to add to the site but if anyone wants to have a go and be famous then download the editor from
http://www.vivotechnology.com - I bought my copy cos it's so good but you can use the free one as well.
