Wow... I'm impressed!
I was going to buy P900 next week but now I'm not sure anymore... Should I wait for this one or not? It has everything and even more. And supports SD and MMC, which means: no more memory sticks by sony

You just have to be ready for the quirks of using a windows PDA.
Windows is power-hungry, it drains your battery faster than regular mobile phones and Palms. If this doesn't bother you at all then go for it. I'm using a Pocket PC phone right now and think it's more useful than my P800 (this is a personal preference though, some might think otherwise).

I think the new Motorola looks nice and it has a lot of features that I could use - but I would not wait until the Motorola mpx gets on the market. The P900 is a brilliant pda/phone which has a very intuitive userinterface and lots ofpossibilities - and it's on the market now....

now that's a phone (MPx pda phone) that can brought up against the nokia 9500 and not the p900 ever. the MPx definitely caught my eye and definitely the pda+phone+more for me.

I know that Motorola is still the best when it comes to 'flip-type' fones. The very formidable opponent to consider !

Motorola just released more information on the MPx handheld at the CeBIT tradeshow, though some facts are still unknown.
The MPx is going to be 2.4 inches wide by 3.9 inches long, and roughly .95 inches thick (61.2 x 99.7 x 24 mm). It will weigh 6.15 ounces (174 g).
It will take run Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition's ability to switch on the fly between portrait and landscape modes, thanks to the dual hinges. The MPx's screen is will be 2.8 inches, with resolution of 240 by 320 pixels
The MPx will operate on GSM/GPRS wireless networks for voice and data and feature both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It will support 900/1800/1900 MHz. This may be bad news for the US market since many subscribers depend on 850 MHz for good connections.
The battery on the MPx is expected to last 180 minutes of talk time or 140 hours of stand-by time. Information about the processor and amount of RAM is still unknown. Information about the processor and amount of RAM is still unknown.
