A long lie in bed today, well not quite, a lovely lady from CPW gave me a ring about my battery. I'm lucky I was in a dream like half awake sort of state, otherwise I might have gotten angry!
Did they phone me on Wednesday like they said they would?
Did the have my new battery?
Had I had anything to eat yet?
The answer to all of the above would be a resounding 'no'. Perhaps I shall get my battery at last, but by then I shall no doubt be sitting in an armchair, whisps of grey hair on my head, covered with a shawl and unable to to take baths without the aid of the young Swedish beauty I had by then employed as my nurse.

No time to play with my P1000, it will be pressed to my ear as l'll still be on hold waiting for someone to get back to me.

I am still awaiting a replacement 1260 mAh battery from the CPW! I went back to see them and was told that the lady dealing with my request was on holiday, but that a note would be left for her.
As yet I still haven't heard anything from them, but I am absolutely determined to get a 1260 mAh battery out of them. This is the key my friend, persistence. If you keep up the pressure they will hopefully get fed up of dealing with you and give in.
My advice would be to contact O2 as soon as you can and explain the situation to them, be polite, but firm and state your terms clearly.

Do you think Car Porn Whorehouse would have allowed you to keep your original battery as I guess you're allowed to keep your original memory stick when getting your phone replaced?
