I will always be with SE , for I did not leave them even when they have problem with T10,T18 or T28, therefore I will stay with them now and in the future.
in addition I would love to wait and see what sony will make a difference when they merge!

Im not really a great fan. Its just that right now in the market it has the best mobile phone + accessories. Thats what makes it the much talked about phone. But I guess if Nokia or any other company came out with cooler, cheaper and more gadgety phone then I guess people will shift their loyalty.
I guess at the end of the day, loyalty to a phone depends on how deep it digs into the pocket

I liked ericsson when it was ericsson but not now, becausen all they now have is a load of crap. I think i will have to change from SE for something with a more stable software. I thought of the p800 but now i believe it will carry bigger problems. Once upon a time i used to be a fan.

As for me, I have never liked Ericsson phones before the recent models came out. I use to think that their phones are not user friendly at all. Instead I use to favour Siemens. But I think they have done a pretty good job in their latest models and now I'm a proud owner of a T39!
BTW, guys, how do you post messages on this forum using your phone?

Well, this is my first (Sony) Ericsson outing (T68). And I have to say that so far I haven't been very impressed. Don't get me wrong, the features are great (I love the calendar) but I'm on my second phone (after returning my first to Orange because the phone would never actually log on to the network, even though it had a signal).
In all honesty, unless things drastically improve (maybe if I can get hold of this T68i software from somewhere, that everybody is talking about) I will more than likely return to Nokia and their world beating interface that is so much faster and more stable than any other phone software I've used (I hate the fact that the T68 is SOOO slow). Possibly with their up and coming 7210...... but we will see, I'm still willing to stick with the T68 for a while and see if future software releases can alter my view.

I agree with many who said they go for a product and not a brand. If SE keep producing market leading products then I will continue to buy them. If another manufacturer makes a better phone I will go for that.
I do agree with Ben though, Ericsson have always been more innovative the Nokia. Nokia just got the marketing right.

i will stick to SE coz i have tried nokia before and i realized that nokia is short changing the buyers of there phones by not completely integrating all the known features into one mobile phone like SE did with the t68m/i. maybe the 7650 has it all but i think that is about how far nokia will go. i will never go back to nokia ever again coz the resale value of their phones goes down tremendously in just a month and also releases phones with beta version softwares in them and also bad customer support. not a really good value for your money unlike SE phones. about the mms upgrade, patience is a virtue.
