he is right se have failed to make an impession on me with the design of the k700 at least with siemens some thought went into the design not just the same design as all the other se phones they are rapidly becoming the next nokia except for phone sales ha ha

Specs is definately NOT better on S65 on most accounts:
Lets have some facts on the table - I hate it when people only talk about what they happen to think instead of delivering some actual facts to backup their feelings.

screenresolution:
K700 176x220
S65 132x176
(Physical screensize is bigger on S65 but with lower resolution its also not as sharp as the K700 screen)

MP3 playback musicfiles or ringtones only on K700 - not on S65

MP4/AAC music playback only on K700 - not on S65

Radio - only on K700 - not on S65

Onboard memory:
K700 41mb
S65 11mb (but memoryslot/card for picture/video storage - not music as it doesnt play it)

Videorecording:
K700 - unlimited (upto max memory 41mb)
S65 - max 4-5 minuttes (cant remember the exact number)

Theming:
K700 themes - S//E supply a good off line theme editor
S65 themes - no theme editor available, but manual editing of xml files etc. is possible.

Basically whats left where the S65 technical specs are better are only
Camera 1.3mpix and a memoryslot with limited usefullnes.

The S65 is a nice phone (I like it to) and I respect others opinions on how nice it is - but saying the specs are much better on S65 ? give me a break

Also spare me the Siemens talk that S65 is a business phone much more than the K700 - thats nonsense - they are based on the same ericsson platform and have the exact same calendar and other personal manegement and web/wap/email possibilities and the same java posibilities. S65 is not a smartphone based on any smartphone platform - it doesnt have ways of adding any business applications that cannot also be added to the K700 and it doesnt have any other business like functions thats not on the K700 - its just an ordinary phone with a 1.3mpix camera and a memoryslot - and these things certainly does not make it a businessphone - on the contrary, as mobiles with cameras are banned in many companys today for securityreasons (industrial espionage). When Siemens fans would like this to be more of a "business phone" than the K700 its only because they need an excuse for the lack of mp3 and radio

N6600, P800/P900, SX1 are businessphones

S65 is a cameraphone ! - the camera is almost the only real thing that will sell this phone. Not the business nonsense. In fact I would guess most businesspeople would propably prefer the smaller K700 to the bigger S65 based on size - and the good connectivitytraditions of the S//E phones - rather than prefer a S65 because of its camera, they dont need the camera for business - this is just toy.
