I just spoke to my brother in stoke, he works in the CPW. The store he works in isnt a service centre, But as before, tells me U.K users have to send there phone to scunthorpe or visit a store in warrington.
Also he said that his store has only sold 27 t68's since its launch, which isnt many, and also i dont know any one else (personally) that has a T68, and a friend works in a really popular phone shop where they sell sim free T68's and they have sold 9 since its launch (one to me). So who ever is saying that
and service centres wont be able to cope with all the people is shite cos 90% of T68 owners dont even know about the upgrade!!!
CPW will start sending phones to scunthorpe from tommorrow.
It will take up to two weeks.

danny is right,i know loads of people with the T68m and they dont even know about the 1st upgrade (R1C) !!!!!!!!
