No, when wearing my gadget jacket I put my phone where my hads free is conected. Top left chest pocket.
Mind you, at work I wear a suit and that with a coat on top does produce a lot of pockets.

well I carry my T630 and P900 in Krusell cases on my belt. Some people call it my bat belt, especially if I hang my ipaq there too!
