nice hell, the judge must have been on drugs! What the hell was he thinking? By those standards Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Burger King and every other nice fast food restaurant could be sued by the same standards. In advertisements they make the food look better than it is served.

Now I'm a lawyer and despite what people say about us, may I please remind you that a lawyer does not act on his/her own behalf, but on the client's. This means that if a lawyer takes a certain actions it's because a client has requested or instructed him/her to do so.

Back to our case: may I also remind you that Samsung commercials have a "small print" at the bottom saying "screen images are simulated". I find that a very decent thing to do, although I do not tolerate morons that actually buy a phone just because of a commercial. But from a legal point of view, it's a good precautionary action.

P.S. Damn I miss the times when I could post on esato all day long. Now I'm just another suit... C ya!

Hey judge, I was reading this topic via wap yesterday, and was going to mention that "screen images simulated" which is also on the ads for the LG LCD TV.

I'm also going to disagree with most on the board here and say SE is in the wrong here, almost to the point of false advertising. Take the T630 ad for instance, its a wedding, and the photographer is using a T630 to take the photos. Yeah right. Until they have a phone with optical autofocus, these ads are inappropriate in my opinion, regardless of how many pixels the camera has... as the photos will be nothing like the quality of a 1.3MP digital camera.
