we, in peru, have GPRS FREE thnx to TIM provider the problem is we dont know when well start to pay

I sometimes get it free. I'm supposed to pay £1 per mb. But is used 43mb last month (isn't opera great
) and only got charged £4.30.
I think they put the decimal place in worng on the billing system. I aint saying nothing though
