Which cell phone model has the same specs of the K700 and a little bit more? For almost the same price...and the date to be released.
Camera flash, mp3, video record, video player, speakerphone or loudspeaker, large screen, VGA 640x480, BT, IR, etc.

People who haven't used
NOkia 6230 should really try it and then you should try the Sony Ericsson K700. Well I can tell you I have done so and it is soooo much more pleasent to use the SE K700 than
NOkia 6230. As a few people already have told you, the menu is just great, colourful, fast respons to your command unlike elder handsets from Sony Ericsson but most important thing of all, its display is really useful when you have UI like that and when you play Java3D game, the graphic is just mind blowing for a mobile phone and no it does not lag or anyting like that.
Regarding built quality, Sony Ericsson K700 versus its rivals with plastic body which creak from the beginning.
You should see and feel the Sony Ericsson K700 in real life to understand how nice this handset really is. It will defintely blow your mind away and only hardcore fans will not agree in this.
Still I think lack of expandable memory is annoying but it's ok if F700 will come soon or three months from now.

IMHO the Nokia 6230 is out of the race due to too small display and dated ho-hum looks..
Neither the K700 or S65 score a perfect '10' in the looks department for me, but i guess they are the only alternatives for me when/if I replace T630.
Oh, and I canīt for the life of me understand why ///-SE users complain about Siemens menu structure?! Itīs so similar, it took me less than a day to adapt from T68i to S55.. only thing with Siemens is their appaling icons.. they look like they were drawn by renegades from the KDE developer team :S

My Dad just bought a brand new Nokia 6230, as one of the members here lamented, that the only disadvantage is it's 'small' screen is very much right - even when it says that it has a very high-resolution screen, Nokia 7650 is far much better (for me). The SE T630 and Nokia 6230 almost has the very same physical (housing/casing and keypads as well) layouts. I guess it will be Nokia 6600 as it's closest rival!

Yeah.. but who wants a Motorola?
I've had 2 and i can't imagine a worse UI. totaly illogical. One moment a button is YES, the other it's NO, sometimes they "press joystick" is YES, sometimes it does nothing.
Good hardware is good, but with unstable software and crappy UI it's nothing.

TheRealSpawn Posts: > 500
and no theming - a phone without theming is totally out of the question
besides what do you mean "better specs" ?? besides the memoryslot I dont see better specs anywhere in the moto E398?
same screen, vga camera
K700 polys 40 - moto polys 24
K700 theming - moto no theming
K700 irda - moto no irda (though both have BT)
K700 HID device (remote control) - moto ??
And what about memory - how much internal memory ? this is important since videorecording is limited by internal memory.
And what about the external memory ? how much does it come with standard - this is important cause it will most likely be almost impossible and certainly expensive to get hold of yet another new type of flashmemory - I certainly dont need that greef.
I wish people would give more specific statements instead of just buzzwords like "better specs"
PS: the moto E398 looks nice though - and so does the S65 I think

The only thing missing in the s65 is the radio. Otherwise, its the closest to a perfect phone.
