Yes it's covered. At least here in the U.S. I got an RMA from SE because my OK button frequently stops responding.
I don't think they trust their clients enough to send out a replacement keypad, so they'll tell you that it's out of stock and to send your phone in instead.

I can give in.. but i just wanted to know weather Flip was included in warranty or not.. Thanks for telling me that.. am getting distrubed by the keypad.. likely to give it in 2moro.. Bye

it's Return Merchandise Authorization. an RMA number is required for them to accept your phone for repairs.

keypad was not working properly soo thought of taking off the p900 flip and check to see if any connection was loose.. this was the first time i was doing that hate to hav without flip but still.. Soo i read the Removing flip manual and the first thing was to take ur stylus and insert it in the gap below the flip and pull it upwards.. when i did that.. The bezel didnt move but the paint on both.. the bezel and the fone .. not exactly the paint.. but the plastic type of cant get the rite word.. scratched.. no.. not scratched.. like came off a bit of the edges.. will try to insert picture .. and i stopped thier.. i loved my p900.. but the Casing is made of very low quality materiall.. SE cud hav done better done that.. any other guy who experienced this while removing the flip??

Yup! I did exactly the same when i first got my P900! Thought i wonder what it looks like with out the flip... Stuck my stylus in the little hole and as soon as i applied any pressure the plastic around the hole just bent(cant think of a better way of describing it). So now the little hole is just slightly bigger. Gave up straight away and haven't tried since.
Figured i could try using a knife blade or something to apply pressure more evenly rather than in one point, but never really bothered as i'm happy with the flip on.
