I've had:
SE T68i, P800 and T630.
I currently still own a T630 and I think this is the best small handset in the world.

SE phones are that little cut above the rest and I think that people have really started to catch on to that fact, whilst at the same time people are becoming more disillusioned with Nokia, realising that Nokias don't offer the same quality or features.
I personally like SE because I feel that my money is well spent, I receive a quality product that I know will perform well and has had a lot of time and effort put into designing it. I use mobile phones a lot so I want something that is easy to use, has good features, looks good and performs well; SE phones fit all of these criteria.
I believe I am able to give an objective opinion because I have owned mobile phones from various manufacturers over the years, including Nokia, Ericsson, Siemens, Motorola, NEC and SonyEricsson, and out of all of these I would say SonyEricsson are by far the best.
My first SE phone was a t68i and I have never looked back since, moving onto the P800 then upgrading to the P900 which I have at the moment. I used to have a T610 along with my P900, but I now have a T630 in, addition to the P900. All have been marvellous phones, although I must admit that I have a soft spot for the t68i, it being, in my opinion, the best phone ever.

Why SE? Well, first of all it's the natural continuation of the old /// tradition: Durable and reliable phones. Technical phones.
But, mainly it's the features and functions of the current range of SE phones, especially the SE K700:

- Nice overall design (small size, light weight, brushed metal, builtin antenna, ...)

- Outstanding connectivity and synchronization possibilities (Bluetooth, infrared, cable (RS232 and USB), SyncML, WAP 2.0, OBEX, ...)

- Useful applications (e-mail client, radio, camera (VGA), media player (MP3, video, ...), melody composer (Music DJ), file manager, extensive phonebook, calendar/reminder, voice memo, ...)

- Unbeatable battery performance (stand-by time, talk time and recharge time)

- Good user interface (menu layout, labels, icons, joystick, soft keys, shortcuts, navigation, selection, ...)

- Excellent sound (talking, listening, ringtones, polyphonic (32 voices), ...)

- Impressive displays/screens (high resolution, many colours (65 k), big size, TFT, ...)

- Huge memory capacity (41 MB)

- High quality (durable, reliable, solid, ...)

- And, of course, a lot more (EMS, MMS, Java (J2ME/MIDP 2.0), triple band (GSM 900, 1800 and 1900), GPRS 4+2, photo/flash light, 3D games, themes, ...)
The list of superlatives could be arbitrary long...

.
And, finally, it's a Sony Ericsson!

I was a motorola fan for years, but decided to do something besides the clamshell this time around, I feel in love with the T616's design. The interface with the icons was like a desktop computer almost.
I like the idea of having the picture of someone calling you the first thing you see also on the front of the phone without having to flip open anything.
But anyways SE seems to be making the best looking phones in the bizz right now, I think only the v600 is just as good design wise to the SE candy bars
I want that K700!!!

V600 has an ugly external aerial though, and its kind of square in design, unlike the K700's angular design.
I do like that pulsing ring though on the outer part of the shell.

I have always been a Nokiadude myself. Think that Nokia have really failed with one thing on their phones: The design! Got a 3650. Its hideous! In the beginning of may I passed a phoneshop & saw the T630 displayed. I fell for it directly! What a neat phone! I bought one directly. It really grows on me every time I use it. Love the interface, the keypad, the screen etc. The list are long. Anyway now Im a dedicated user of SonyEricsson phones!

My favourite one has to be the T630. I think in the small handsets department, this phone is the best and I have found that many sources do say the same thing about this phone.
I would rate SE as one of the best manufacturers of mobile phones around (even higher then Nokia).
I think one important aspect of SE phones is that most of their phone are powerful and are class.
For example, the P800, P900, T68i, T610 and T630 (just to name a few) are packed with features and yet the battery lasts for a long long time (depending on usage of course) but the quoted figures for standby/talk time are really amazing.
On the other hand, Nokia have phones like 6600 with may have all the features that one may want but just look at the battery performance?
I don't think its good enough.
I think SE phones have the right balance and I think they focus more on quality rather then huge mass production like Nokia.
The phones that I have had I think are special in their classes. The T68i, T630 have always been few of the best small handsets around.
P800 on the other hand, I think is a really good PDA/mobile phone, but only just behind the P900.

Was a big fan of the SE phones. Why? Because they're better than anything nokia could ever come out with. Then I got into smartphones and preferring the microsoft platform. I had to switch brands. So nowdays it's either HTC, Motorola, Samsung, Mitac, etc.
But if I ever go back to using non smartphones, it'd be SE anyday. I like the t630 myself, cept compared to a smartphone, it really lacks a lot of things.
