i bought a k700 on orange as well. it really is pants. i phoned them and pestered them with emails about their turd firmware but the customer service woman knew nothing. i was then told i could go to my local carphonewarehouse and they would change it for me. but then i went and they wouldnt do it. so i phoned up again and orange said i couldnt do it
so I am cancelling my contract and migrating to 02 - i get 200 mins and 500 txts/125mms for £30
