3d screens for mobiles have already been made, I think they were on sale in Japan at some point.
I see phones becoming more like computers, with voice/data being shipped over something like wifi. Can anyone say Voice over IP?
As for cameras, yes you can get a proper camera, but that's another thing to carry. Plus you never have a camera when you need one, and most people carry their mobile around all the time.

-They'll have a internal memory of about 128 or 256 MB and most will have memory cards/sticks.

-Most of them will have radio and some will have tv as gadget (streaming video is the future).
-At one point there will be one or two major OS for mobile phones (for all brands) , as a result you'll have better programs (like IM) and games (a lot of multiplayer games)
-They'll have 10 or 100 m BT, but I don't think they'll have WiFi (no use for a mobile phone)
-They'll have better camera's with 2 or 3 megapixel (not really necessary (it takes too much space), but consumers want it).
-The camera can shoot movies at about 340x280 or maybe double.
And maybe as noted above VoIP, but it could take a bit longer.
PDA like mobile phones will "merge" with phone like PDA's.
And they'll probably have about all the features of a notebook.
They'll probably run Windows CE (or something newer) or maybe somekind of linux distro.
The touchscreen will take all the space on the front side.
They'll have GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, WiFi, BT, VoIP, GPS ETC, ETC.
The camera will be like 6 megapixel and will have the philips liquid zoom lens.
Best feature will be an iPod mini like harddisk (10 GB or more).
But than again, I could be wrong.
