What about a Wi-Fi modification. It would be great, but this is to far. That's really impossible.

Let's say you get your car-100 modified into a boat-100 and put it in the pond. After 10m it gets out of range and you have to jump to get it back.

Boto there's no problem with 100m range, 'cause some modellers build plains for hall flying with weight about few grams... But aircraft is much more complex and difficult to handle. Boat seams to be more realistic idea.

with just a little bit of modifying, i think that that car-100 internals can be switched out with the insides of all of these things, making for a semi-easy conversion
