Yep - I could live with the Vodafone icons - although I have always wanted original SE icons BUT what I cant live with is the fact that Vodafone have disabled stuff on their handsets like MP3 as ringtones. I know why they have done this etc, but it sucks bigtime and its just a marketing ploy/revenue generating exercise - which hopefully will fail. I am going to port my number to O2 to get an unbranded K700i - o2 have made only one little asthetic change, but havent mucked up anything else - and they offer 500 sms included with their Anyone 200 talkplan, which is fab as for the same price on Vodafone I only get 50 SMS.
Anyone else thinking of leaving Vodafone because of their actions re the K700i ?

with any o2 online contract you get 500 free txts. even with their PAYG (which i woz on for like 4 years and never changed my simcard so now i am what o2 call a 'privelidge' customer way back when it was genie and nothing to do with btcellnet) you get 300 free msgs a month and thats just £10 a month! plus free wap and free GPRS

Icons in the wrong place ey..
Why care when I have'nt used the original menu?
The icon looks classic, a bit 80's over it =)

I must say i think o2 have the best k700, they have hardly changed anything (on mine brought from CPW the only thing added is in a menu... connectivity--->o2--->Get settings).
Tmobile have changed the "more" button to tzones on some k700's
Orange have changed the whole colour of the desktop items
Voda have... F**ked up another good phone (yet again)
And all have branded there's my replacing the "quiktime" sticker, were o2 have left it (as far as i know).
