Yeah. Tried that and have been to
www.virgin.com and tried linking from there. No luck. Its weird if other people can access it ok. I have tried 2 connections with the same problem.

they are locked primarily (accoriding to the website) but they will unlock it for free once you have purchased £30 worth of credit.
However this has not been the case for Munki (the guy who started the thread), his arrived sim free with no branding whatsoever!
