To tupe " . " fast is really easy. Just puch the option button followed by pressing the 1 button twice. When u get used to it, it's really fast!

Armin, That's what I also do. But there's gotta be an even faster way without using the T9 input. In nokia u just press #1 once. And the "." is the most common punctuation so why did they put it so far down the list pressing #1?

u know the volume button on the left hand side of the fone? well using this u can type fast sms.
All u do is push the volume button up to give u the second letter on that key... e.g push the volume button up and press 2, u will get b on the screen.
Push the volume key down and then push the text letter and u will get the 3rd letter on that button. e.g push the volume button up and press2 u will get c on the screen!
Check that out!
(u probably know it anywayz!)
