all that fuzz for nothing. i know its nokia but i think we all expected a more advanced phone. its just another one of those. this one fits in between the 7610 and 6630.
and again no irda, some people still use that old technology.

the mobile market is becomming boring, no special phones, no inovation. just same old stuff again and again.

i dont get why people have a pop at nokia saying they are just repackaging phones in diff covers to make money.
yes they are and welcome to the world of business do you complain that your favourtie washing power is made in another box as own brand supermarket and its cheaper i doubt it
this is how business work they are out to make money
se are also a business out to make money the p series isnt hugely differnet the t series wasnt and they will do more of this. one phone cant suit every person, the 7610 is aimed at the younger 18-30 market and this is aimed at the business man.
yes its just about the same phone but so what would we complain at se for doing it and selling more phones i doubt it people would applaud them for it

I agree, everyone-remember that the T630 is basically a repackaged T610 but with a better screen.

i think your right to a certain extent but technology normally comes in fits and starts.
they bring something new and innovative out then milk it till they are ready to launch the next new thing
think were just in the milking stage at the moment but as 3g grows i think we will start to see some innovations coming out.
though at the moment there aint many handsets that really appeal to me

I'd wish people would read/think more before they posted. People, this phone will basically distroy SE two important markets: K700i and S700i. This phone has both in one, and more.

Sure it ain't got IRDA. But who in the hell is buying a 500 euros phone and doesn't have a measly 20 euros to by a bluetooth adaptor?! This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard since I layed foot on this forum.

People grow up! Besides P900 and P910, which are however much larger phones, and have crappier cameras, I do no not see any phone better than this.

People buying this phone do it because it's got a 1,3 Mp Camera, External Storage AND Symbian OS.

Look at the upcoming motorolas, sharing the same features. SE is way back in the tech race.

nokia will "repackage" the symbian platform many times to come. each handset will cater to different taste. just throw in different 3rd party software and u hv a different handsets.

thats the nature of a symbian O/S phone. you can just add-on functionality without redesigning the hardware.

so tomorrow Nokia can repackage symbian into a swivel like S700 and the S700 would look very out of date.

nothing beats the flexibility/capability of an O/S phone.

I dont like the look of it, but i think the spec aint bad at all. I dont like the look of a lot of nokias at the moment, i think their design department should get a right good kicking. A phone should either look like a phone, or be something radical, not pseudo-1920's style guff.

Also their keypads. What are they playing at? It is vital that a keypad is functional and easy to use, so what do nokia do? Dot the keys all over the joint, so you have to think about what you are doing, because the natural keypad layout has been moved here, there, and everywhere!

if the 6670 is a SE phone, then many in esato will be euphoric.
