Try to flash the firmware to R3B007, this version didnt gave me a problem for about 3mnths now.

service point... use the search and you can probably find where there are servicepoints near you... you are in Malaysia right? then you can try with the

I suggest the T65, a cheap and good phone, keypads a little small though bv youl get used to it.

You mean I can't do it on my own? So I still need to go to the servicepoint. One more thing, you don't think that my set is a faulty one?

you can do it on your own... check other threads about it... but... this will void the warranty...
the errors you have on your phone is software related... I have seen quite many with the exact same problems you have, and it's fixed by updating the software.
