Does anyone know if the online update for the P910i is up already?

It is not up!
Guess you will be informed, on this forum, the hour the Service is up.

Apparently so for CDA 162005 at least...

or perhaps it has to do with different languages, who knows?

So what's the improvements of R2A17 over R1A29?

I've got a P910i with CDA: CDA162005/3 R1A29 and I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can get the latest firmware - R2A17? Anyone know of a reputable SE service depot that can flash my firmware to the R2A17 in the Manila, Philippines area? I'm stuck out here on a work project for the next 6 months.
Much thanks in advance.

Wow, sorry I asked! All I really was asking was are there any known bugs/flaws in the R1A29 that would mandate updating the firmware? (You know kinda along the lines of "is it THAT important to update your Windows XP SP1 to SP2?") The only thing I noticed was that SE now has language packs, such as English (American) that work and install only on the R2A17. I would like to utilize that versus my firmware's limitation of English (U.K.).

Well hope someone out there can give me a less cynical response! Thanks!
