I agree with you and I wish SE would reintroduce the battery status indicator too. I don't see why such a useful feature was dropped, hopefully someone from SE might read my suggestion here.

@k700nut - I just sold mine 2 nights ago, with our fellow Filipino Esatonian for only US$ 64.28, complete with extra battery and an ICT-10 holster! It was good buy (not sell) though, as I changed almost all of the covers . . . !
