yep just spoke to dailaphone and arranged for me to send my phone back (again), and should be sorted by the 23rd of november, i'll keep you all posted..
how unlucky can you get two new Se k700i's in one week faulty.
its mad coz when i first tried the camera the line was more promenant, but after i charged it i though it had disappeared, but it hasn't disappeared it is just less visible, you have to really look for it to see it, but the line in the photos when taken in poort lighting confirms there to be a problem, so i just hope dialaphone notice this and do a proper check.. maybe they will feel sorry for me and send me the s700i, yeah right!

@pmp2kool - OK, I guess we just have to wait for the 3rd issuance (replacement) of your K7 here mate . . . if symptoms persist . . . then I guess you just have to BEAR with the 'LINING' problem mate

But for me, that will just be FINE . . . Post new images as SOON as your new one arrives, since it will still be a week away from now, better take some more IMAGES, as the outcome may just IMPROVE overnight . . .

@ JN
yeah cheers i need all the luck i can get!
can anyone else comment on this line, that i am getting, do you agree that it is faulty, as i am sending my phone back, and i don't want dialaphone to to turn around and say they cannot find a fault, but i suppose SE said it's not normal so it can't be, but i would like to compare someone elses picture in poor lighting conditions, with night mode and sepia enabled
thanks
