from their words: the warranty is not international, the warranty is only valid in the country where the phone is purchased, the warranty is "limited".
So I must go to Chile to look for a fix for my phone...
and now... looking for unlock my phone.
what do you think:

@ijim its not the best place to discuss and make public such solutions. Pls notice, that any action on the fone will have one result: u loose warranty.

But warranty is being usless to him.
Donīt know what to think, so I was lucky to be serviced?, or they thought my phone was from argentina?, didn't they check IMEI and that stuff before servicing?

yes, i tries, and the other test posibles, my battery in another phone too and work. the problem is on the phone. anyway the battery in MY phone charges without messages or indicators. I don't see another bug in the phone for now.

Let's say that the problem lies with the battery indicator - only, how 'bout timing the charging process/cycle to about 1.5 to 2 hours (the standard charging time), then afterwhich, see if the batt indicator in the fone's LCD/screen is already in the FULL BAR mode, then make some TESTING on the fone's CALLS and SMS . . . since you already have no last recourse here, might as well give my idea a TEST mate
