It would be interesting to know how much notice SE actually take of their customer's comments and/or suggestions. Presumably they must take some notice or why else bother creating a survey for people to fill in?

The survey asks about battery life several times, which suggests that they know it's a problem.
But I got the feeling that it's partly about taking the temperature on the phone and partly market research. That is, to the extent that they take the responses on board, they're as likely to implement them as improvements to the next phone as they are to actually do anything for the k700.
