It is sad that orange branded versions are uncostomisable. If the camera button is like operator button, i wouldnt be using that as a shortcut.

right - select profile
down - alarm
left - write new
I don't have 'down' set to 'phonebook' - i can hold 2-9 to enter the phonebook at the desired section.
It isn't right that you can't assign 'write new SMS', instead you have to select SMS each time... very bad SE...
