They'll simply take the other one away and repair it then give it to someone else that has a faulty one later down the line. They often provide "reconditioned" phone when they cannot repair a faulty one

really? that's a shame... the z1010 was totally useless in dark and i guess that's the case with v800...
well i guess i was just being naive considering that k700 and s700 are too bright, but i don't i know, i thought they could have lowered the brightness by reducing the power in video calling....

a fren of mine has this mini touch light... its not a normal light.. i believe its the same led used in V800/S700 and his touch light has only 1 led and its super super bright.. cant imagine V800 with 6leds!! Im gonna go blind!!

when ur taking pictures wth V800 in dark areas..... u need to turn on the light.... and the light is near the cam lens, where people usually look at, taking pics...

Even my niece complained yesterday when I took her a pic with the flash on, and she is only 5.. Dont get me wrong I love the idea of a flash but it could have been like a camera flash instead of permanantly on type flash..and for video calling maybe reduce the intensity of the flash.. All in I think it's a really good phone I love the design the Voda cr*p is not that bad and workable.
The highly glossed body work will scracth easily (the bottom of mine has already) and I am very carefull. The weight is very good and doesnt. I must say the firmware is very stable and the transition between 2 and 3g is much better than the Z1010 but mind you my version of the Z1010 is R1C so that coule be the answer.
The screen is amazing and picturs taken with the camera look very good on the phone but very noisy on the pc. I do hope they offer the caller id for the external screen.
Ok so I hope this has helped those planning on getting the phone, tell you the truth the review Massuer sums up the phone is 99.9% correct.
