im sorry, but you really would have to be certifiably insane spend £550 on a Z1010, the ebay price is not even a bargain, its a sensible price IMHO.
what about contract, i think most people would buy the V800 on contract.

I didn't pay £550 for it. I got it for £140.
V800 has better features then Z1010 but if I was to point 1 thing that Z1010 outclasses the V800 then I would say its the handset design. The Z1010 is very stylish and honestly I think V800 looks very dull and like a toy.

@dhallug
i wasnt suggesting you were insane, merely the concept of a Z1010 being sold at that price.
i can see your point in the design, but have you seen the White V800? I think it looks mighty impressive.

people were expressing their view that the v800 was a more viable alternative than the thread starters original suggestion of a Z1010.

lol, yeah
gbrooks3, no worries, I know bro
All I'm saying is that the z1010 is sometimes underrated.
I seen the white one, it looks pretty cool
But isnt the V800 locked and only exclusive to Vodaphone? I heard V800 cant be unlocked and software is all vodaphone branded.

Yes, the V800 can be unlocked and decustomized from voda branding, there is an interesting thread located
