i cant find screen protectors in any shops in south africa. (not even at the sony ericsson shop at vodaworld cellular mall!!). I'm reluctant to buy over the net.

i use a glass cleaning liquid which is supposed to be used for cleaning windows. I put a bit on the cloth which came in p910 box and give it a rub. seems to work ok.

I seem to remember reading something in the manual about using a glass cleaning liquid. i'll go and check again later.

Hmmm....
Just wonderin'....
I'v got the same problem as this Adidas dude, my screen is getting scratched on every use. Can I return my P910i to SE and get a replacement? i'v just got it in December last year, so i'm still in warranty.

Try and see. I tried here in Sweden but got the answer that the warranty don't cower this. My screen looked awful after 4 month's of use, if you use hand writing recog a lot don't use it without a screen protector.

After 6 month's my P900 get broke and i did get a new one on warranty, that have never been used without a protector.

Sorry, maybe broken is the wrong word (my English isn't so good) . The problem was that the phone locked up and had to be restarted very often, i tried everything but couldn't get it to work. When i sended it to SE they returned it with a new unit, i must admit that i was glad to get a new phone with a scratch free screen that i emidiatly mounted a screen protector on.

If the sound is peculiar, one more ringtone is on the chord. This message was posted from a T610

I would suggest a high quality screen protector.
