Naah just kidding.
Well I really don't know how to go about it in Norway but as far as I know there is a famous merchant navy school somewhere in the Nordic coutries. You could search for it on the net I guess.
The first year or so it will be a bit physical because you are the lowest in the rank among your crew. But next year when the new people join you will be able to boss them around. Even then, I have heard its not really physical that you can't handle it. Give it a shot and see what happens.
