The mean of 8bit, 16bit not just about how much colour, but it mean graphic proceesing too, 8bit console (NES, Atari) cant process 3D, 16bit (SNES, SEGA Genesis) can process but with poor graphic, and the 32bit (Playstation, SEGA Saturn) can process 3D with good quality, and 128bit we can say excellent quality.
When i look at K700i 3D graphics like Super Real Tennis and Speed Chaser, it looks like Playstation game but with slower framerate, N-Gage have same graphic too but with better framerate, just like Playstation.

Why the ngage bashing? I have the QD and I really thing the technical value for your money and its gaming capacities really put other more expensive phones to shame!

shame?! plz note that a phone is not for fun. the gaming features was added to mobile phones just to show the screen quality and OS capabilities in graphical environments.
there are different platforms for developers and manufacturers such as Java and Java 3D (.jar), symbian (.sis) and other third-party SDKs. and since their abilities (speed, quality, size, etc.) are different, we can't except a handy has all of these features just for increasing the fun-factor of a phone.
k700i has the best screen resolution in 65K phones and its sharp and vivid screen adds a good aspect to games. jagged graphics are not related to the phone and only depends on graphical objects that are used by developers.
the only things in mobile games that are related to phone is speed and the sound and screen quality. so K700i is one of one of the best phones for those who would like to have high quality tiny 3d games.

Is it possible to then reduce the resolution of certain games so that then when you play them on different phones they wont appear too big or too small?
