@Wazuki i an sure I read on here somewhere that O2 Germany and NTTDocomo have signed an agreement to provide 3g services?! I know for definite NTTDocomo have global ambitions with their iMode services and I would expect both France and the UK to follow Germany.

mmO2 are O2 in UK, Ireland and Germany. I'm hoping that the whole 3G technology will be used, as well as the i-mode service. It would make sense, as it would allow Japanese phones to roam too.
I haven't seen any other phones that appeal to me from Japan, but I read somewhere that Toshiba have one that will control a small robot, but that might be really expensive!
Yeah, the phone doesn't seem to charge, I sit it on the dock, it beeps and a red LED starts to flash, also the battery indicator on screen turns full and starts to flash too, but even left over night the battery doesn't charge.

Haha,
Time to revive some of these old threads, with so much influence from Japan, and increased JPN phone exposure - this is just what we need!
Cheers GoldenFace, had seen this a long while back - but it's nice to see it resurface!

Z770i -> W62s
C905 -> SO905iCS
C902 -> SO902i
And more bits here and there, not to mention our beloved S700i/W900i's!
