I used to play karate, now just do some exercises. Currently I play Tennis, Table Tennis, Wall/Rock/Mountain climbing, and badminton once in a while.

I always consider sports as any physical activity that is competitive in nature and follows certain set of rules. Some people may join Sports not for the actual competition but mainly for the exercise, that's why there are gyms that offer and promote Sports activities as a form of exercise.

Well, badminton is the lateness fitness craze in the Philippines. Lots of players go into badminton to "lose weight."

It's an excellent cardiovascular workout, and coupled with a properly managed diet, can really help you lose weight. And there's a lot of difference with backyard badminton and the real thing.

By the way, I have managed to play badminton with a couple of people I met in Esato.

@Future, just curious about your weightlifting, what's your weight and what's the heaviest weight you have carried overhead?

@Future, that's cool, I also do weight lifting but just to maintain my shape not for competition.

@davo, yup bowling is indeed a sports activity and I forgot to mention that I love bowling too though I'm not really that good.
