Most powerful man would be Bill Gates, he can change the world with the click of his fingers.

Also, with whoever said Rupert Murdoch, I must agree. I dunno about other places in the world, but here in Australia, he makes the deicsions behind most major sports. Especially Rugby League.

I dont think superman was around at that time or theme song would state him bein 2nd most powerful man in the universe but we're considerin of all time

Yeah I know . Kiwis seem to be behind a lot of important scientific and exploratory discoveries, quietly making their mark...

Oh and I just noticed. You mentioned of all time. I assume this means in future too. Well, I am going to hypothesize that at some point in time there will be a person who rules all of the world (asusming that this means earth only). I'd say he'd be the most powerful.
