ello people.... to clear the UK side of things up... Voda in the UK can see....

What calls av been made/being made in real time...
What Txts have been sent and recieved (to the point where they can actually get a copy of the text on screen, but this is mainly used for security and law reasons)...
In extreme cases we can get a copy of picture and video messages being sent and recieved...
All the data u download and upload can be viewed...

Basically anything u send or recieve via the mobile network is logged in data centers and kept on record for 30 days max (apart from call data, txt data and wap data which is held for longer terms)..

This isnt intrusion its a legal requirement of owning a network license set by the goverment....

the imei is always seen, the sim has nothing to do with it as i know. actually, the "real and important" thing is the isim card, the fone "is just an equipment" to realise calls, text etc.
