ive been doin it almost every night for about 3 years (maybe a little less... since the T61 came out on \\\...or is it ///... i forgot, i saw it in a thread somewhere!). so i can do it very easily now.

no, its not normal

i have been doin it for eyars liek i said, and it only falls out if i accidently roll over on it or something... do u roll over on it?? lol

I plug mine in i nthe dark alot, do it without thinking now, but it's harder to put one on the sync station. The positioning of the connector is slightly different on each phone so I don't always aim right
I have taken the rubber flap off my S700i, it pulls out if you do it right, and will clip back in no problem. I couldn't get the one off the K700i though.
