@amnesia: sorry for the delay in reply - i was in lectures and seminars etc... at the moment i dont want to sell it separate as i think its a better deal if someone buys it with the PSP as a 512mb pro duo is handy
Though if i sell the psp and 2 games, i'll let it go for £45 (free RMSD), or around £40 if someone can collect: though of course, i will mention this when i decide to sell it (now theres no need for PMs.... yet

)
PRICE UPDATE:
There are a lot of people starting to state that the PSP is "£180/190" on many sites etc, but what one has to remember is that: most of these is just the normal PSP and not the Vaule Pack (accessories worth £20-50 appx). Ok, so some of you are saying so what i dont need no headphones and remote, extra duo, carry case etc etc ... fine, take into account then that there is probably a delivery charge: something like £20-25 (maybe more maybe slightly less...), add that to the fact a game costs £30 (appx), and also one of the most important factors concerning the cost is the fact that most of these sites dont have it till either: 24th March (US release date) or at least 28th April (or even later for the EU release), which is over a month away and almost 2 1/2 months till a EU/uk release......
So.... total equals: £180 + £20 (value pack) + £60 (2 games - eg my deal) + *** (time for waiting - patience is not free

) = a minimum of £260 in late March or April (even without delivery charge and import tax, and waiting for that long, which would equate to around £50+)..
I know most members are fairly educated to know a fair deal when they see it, so i dont mind whether it goes today or not at all - i'll keep it for myself (always commute 2 hrs twice every week) , and know the mp4s, mp3s and UMDs (games) will keep my fairly entertained
EDIT: The only factor you could take into account thats negative about my deal is it being "second-hand": the fact thats its not out, means it shouldn't lose a lot of its vaule, and its still hard to come by as well (supply and demand, luxuary good and public goods

a bit of econ for some of you), plus its also in mint condition (always kept in case when carrying) - no dead pixels, no faulty square or triangle button, or even a loose analog stick etc etc (common faults found in PSPs), or even the worst fault you can get: the UMD drive popping out and sending the disc flying out of the PSP - heard many people had this with the early batch
I can guarantee that my PSP has none of these faults (money back if it has - or you can expect it for yourself if you can collect)
Thanks for taking the time to read the thread or even this long post

and hope i wont have to do this again

Almost 1000 views: probably exceed it by the time some of you read this
P.S: willing to accept exchange deals: ipods, i-mate jam

man I'd suggest keeping it.
Or even selling it to an import shop.
Clean it up, claim it's new, sell it to them for the price you want (they'll sell it for 400)
problem solved
