@zucchini or anyone else who lives in London
Did u go to the service centre in Wimbledon? If so, how long did the update take.
When you rang them was that the only service centre they said was in London?
I live in West Kensington and want to get my firmware updated to R5D, is Wimbledon going to be my closest service centre then?
