Does someone have any complaints regarding the voice clarity of SE phones?

Yes, I find the voice clarity rather poor on SE phones. I find that, by default, the sound is exceptionally loud and immediately has to be turned down. I also find that, when speaking to someone in a place where I used to get a fantastic signal, their voice clarity is almost non-existent.

In my case, its the opposite. My T230 isn't just loud enough! Can't hear other guys when i'm on a train. I've tested on Nokias and found them to be way better in this department.

The T610 has TERRIBLE reception regardless of the network or location!
It's a cracking phone, don't get me wrong, I still use mine now but the fact remains that the reception and voice quality are not the best to say the least.
Whenever I'm down my local, which is frequently
, the T610 spends the entire time without a signal at all, or one bar at best, and is unable to even recieve a text message never mind make a call.
The P910, however, fluctuates between 2 bars and full and I've yet to be unable to make a call from it no matter where i am in the building.
Great phone, (honestly, I do love it!), shame about the crappy antenna

Only one, another regular at the pub and he experiences pretty much the same problems as I do. I must admit that I've not personally used his T610 but I've no reason to disbelieve him.
His T610 is on Voda, mine is on Orange. It could still be a network thing I suppose but that doesn't explain the fact that my P910 gets a good signal and works perfectly whilst my T610 doesn't? Both phones are on Orange and in the same location.
I'm pretty sure it's a phone thing rather than a network thing

I don't loose signal even when i'm in the countryside. And even 2 signal bars are enough for a call without interruption. Or maybe our mobtel is better network than orange and voda?
oh yes, it seems to me that each network operator works differently with diferent brands and even modelswithin the same brand. e.g.
alcatel centrals works better with
nokias, and siemens with
SE. although i'm not quite sure about that.

The voice clarity issue could just be down to me, but the T610 is definately not as 'loud' as any other phone I've used regardless of volume settings and locations. It's not a major problem or anything, just noticable.
Like you say, maybe it's a combination of phone and operator that causes the signal issue. I'll find out soon, becuase I'm giving the T610 to my girlfriend and she's on O2 PAYG, so that'll be three operators tried in the same location!
