i think they w800 battery will last longer with the music playing also.
i have no idea which i like better. they are both very new for SE. I like the looks of the k750, but its not on the se website for the americas, so maybe i will have to like the w800

umm, it's aimed at different markets, the package is completely different, with w800 you get superb headphones and a 512 MB ms duo, while you get normal headphones (which are crap) and a 64 mb stick,
w800 is a lot more focused on music, you can switch the phone off and use it only as a mp3 player (that extends the battery life of mp3's to 30 hours from 15 hours), and i'm not sure but i think a cable for listening your mp3's via your hi-fi is also included.
imagine having only one phone, se would certainly loss
a- business man and people who don't like funky designs and couldn't care less for music
b- all those walkman junkies who are addicted to those designs and are not willing to pay about 100 eur extra for a card and some quality headphones
i think this move is excellent both in expanding their brand and with making money
