Just got the latest FW. It was quite a hassle installing it! SE's Java implementation on XP SP2 is WAY LAME!
As usual there are absolutely NO release notes for the update, besides Quickpoint, what else has been changed?

@ Kripto
The SE update service works fine with Mozilla 1.8b and Sun Java 5.0 update 1 over here
But apparently my cda version (162005/3) is still not due for an upgrade to R4A10.

Just updated my P910 CDA 162005/5 and all problems I had before are there after the update...
* The P910 disconnect from my BMW when I make or receive any call...
* The Gmail account is NOT supported in the new firmware...
I don't know what does the people at SE think... but they never fix any problem that the customers have.... they only fix bugs that only they know!!!!
It seems that they NEVER read any forum like this one...
I thought that my problems were easy to fix with a new firmware, but now I know that SE DO NOT WANT to fix anything!!!
I'm really ungry with SE.... I think I'll sell my P...

For those with CDA 162005/3 the firmware R4A10 now is available.

I have a P910a with cda162005/8. When I check the update service now it says my phone isn't supported. Odd. Maybe they are posting a new one now.

@ Maratonmannen
Thanks for the info and I've already updated my p910. It seems to work ok but the first thing I had to delete was that annoying demo app.
Too bad there's no online update service for my old p800.

Interestingly, I updated my phone last night, the backup took about 30 minutes the restore took HOURS. And then I found that the quickpoint app that was installed after the update was gone after I restored the phone. feh!

Interesting development:
I have an Orange P910i, that I had unbranded, so I assumed that I would no longer be able to use SEUS. However, I have just successfully updated to the new firmware without a hitch, except....
I couldn't open QuickPoint (just got an error message) so tried to uninstall it, as I thought if I had it originally installed in my backup, that and the embedded version in the new firmware would conflict.
I uninstalled it and it's disappeared completely - wtf is up with that? It's supposed to be embedded in the new firmware isn't it??!
So, a fair bit of weirdness, and it looks like SEUS has changed how it checks CDA versions (used to be against IMEI)...
edit: just seen Kripto's post below - major bummer or what, mate?!
