I don't really know what to think. Sure he's unbalanced and very wierd, but i don't see that he's actually done what they say. I think it's more likely that he did give the kid alcohol, so some of their story is true, but the mother just made the rest up to squeeze money out of the guy.

Yes, that does sound a tad suspicious, but to be honest, I don't know ANYONE who hasn't owned one form of porn or another in their lifetimes (except those under 16 obviously
) so I'm not so sure thats a thing to condemn someone for...
But I definitely agree that even if the situation arose Michael should definitely have made sure that the kid knew he was safe, and wouldn't be molested in any way.

The point i was making is that if he's porned up he deffinately isn't the innocent child like figure he comes across as.
Sure they look like they're going for the money but I'm sorry to say I'm still not convinced he's innocent . I've always liked the guy and think it's a terrible shame that it's come to this. If he's innocent then of course I hope he gets off.

Although it is easy to label him stupid, I also think his advisors and so called friends are as much to blame for leaving him vulnerable
I think what people must realise is his life and upbringing has not been normal. He has had completely different influences on his life from when he was very young.
He is in a list of a long line of child-stars including maybe Robbie Williams, who found fame at an early age, and unlike you and I, have not grown up in the real world but in a world of money-men and advisers, who are supposed to steer them through their daily minefield.
Sure he has all the money he could want and there is no excuse for some of his weird behavour such as the Peter Pan nose and way out eccentricity (in other words Weirdness) but you have to admit he is an easy target.
Lawyers, newspapers, journalists, TV etc all make millions out of him on a daily basis so this is something to consider when judging him. Is he being targeted.
Personally, I am not sure whether he is guilty but then again I am not quite sure whether he is innocent either.
Also, the idea that the size of the back-handers you pass out can determine the outcome of a trial is one of the things that I don't like about the Justice system.
It seems that, all people are not equal in the eyes of the law and I find that very worrying.

one things for sure, theres no escape from the courts or the public
i think he will go down, my gut instinct tells me he is guilty, but who knows, we will never know unless he admits it
