It does have a sharp edge. I remember someone mentioning that in a review when the phone came out. That's why I use a
headset.
OK, that's not why. But it's a solution. Another solution is to turn up the volume and then not press it into your ear so hard when you're talking...

BTW I've found a solution to this nagging problem eh eh eh!
I've used a nail file to file off the top edges and smoothened it to a fine finish.
It's a lot better now, I probably wont have to sell it yet...
thanks to JN's suggestion.
hmmm! i'm left with the poor battery life now, any solutions?
