@daveuk why are Juventus a poor side?? top of serie a.
it was a goal the ref gave it, and thats final. anyway cech should have been sent off and baros would have scored the penalty
to be fair baros could have been sent off as easily for high feet dangerous play can you tell me the differnece between baros challenge on cech and drogbas on valdes
were the ball was over the line or not doesnt really matter chelsea had 90 mins to score and they didnt so liverpool go through be it with luck or whatever noone remembers once the trophys won
i just hope livepool and milan dont bore us all to death

Baros couldnt have got sent off he reached the ball first and got blatently brought down by cech. whereas drogba didnt get the ball did he?? and he touched the keeper with his feet and baros didnt!

everyone is just jealous because were in the final
na na na na na
keeper brought baros down, referee either had to give us a penalty and send the keeper off, or let the goal stand and let chelsea continue with 1o men
what would chelsea rather have had 10 men on the pitch and a goal down
or
a goal down with 11 men on the field and a chance to score
they had chances and they didnt take them
simple as that

you dont need to make contact drogba made no contact its about intent how many times did the ref give a fol for high feet in the milan psv game.
all im saying is its wasnt a definate penalty it could have easily been a pen or classed as a foul on the keeper esp in a european match in the premier league you can get away with high feet a lot more than with european refs.i m sure cech would say hands were up to protect his neck from baros raised boot.
having said that it not that important as chelsea knew they had to score and didnt/couldnt so liverpool make the final and good luck to them

bit of bad news for liverpool just been announced even if they win the champions league only the top four teams in the premier league will qualify for next seasons comp.
so looks like they could win it and not be in it next season bolton or everton getting the final 4th spot by the looks of it

oh well, thats a shame, but if we win i will be on a high for about 12 months so it wouldnt bother me
if we lose then i will be gutted but hey thats the way the cookie crumbles, you just have to take in on the chin
anyway i suppose it will be nice for everton to have a chance, i would love to see how they get on
they have done well this season (that was hard to say)
