I choose Ericsson. Most mobile technology came from Ericsson, not from Sony.
Even know that sentence seems to be true all the way.
Ericsson creates :
a. EMS that beats Nokia's Picture Messaging in term of sound and animation capabilities.
b. MMS standard to 3GPP board equipped with Power Point like presentation with SMIL.
c. Bluetooth wireless technology with its various services.
d. Developing CDMA and EDGE technology that SE seems to neglect.
e. GSM 1X (with other leading communication enterprise)
Sony creates :
a. 007
b. Charlie's Angels
c. Other movies where SE phone occured.
d. Beautiful but finally boring - ringtones
e. Flashy and stylish design (kinda like recent SE designs, so distinctive).
f. Expensive but stupid max 128mb MS Duo (even their another pocket media line such as USB flash memory Micro Vault is bloodily expensive!)
g. (My prediction) SE logo

Not only that, if both companies dont agree on the way things are going, they might split up, however this is less likely since ericsson relies on sony alot.
