Yes unlocked, never had any call dropping yet. Just send the phone to gbrooks3 with a bit of cash (about 10 pounds) and he unbrands it, or do it yourself. Vlammetje knows how to do it.
Very easy, i was going to send it down but wanted to just sell it!
