hope i aint missed anythin but what about the FREE gprs on o2 is that important to you

Hadn't notcied that. Yes, O2 include 1mb per month for free. Which is about 100 pages. That would cost £3 on Orange.

That's just made things harder - as i was swaying towards Orange!

... time to find a coin me thinks!

Not just 1MB free, mine's entirely free!!!!

to be honest I found Orange worse than o2! at least o2 give ya good upgrades! when I was on Orange and it came to the end of my contract Orange told me they couldnt do anything for me! I had been spending about £60 per month with them! Their Customer Services is poor in my opinion!

Been with Orange since the first week they started. Can't comment on 02 so limited help to your question. Can tell you, however, that the customer support has been excellent over the years. I think the 3g coverage (i have a network card for my computer) leaves a lot to be desired and the branding can be a pain. Worse still is the limited no. of handsets they offer...often much later than other providers. All that said, I will stay with them because at the end of the day, I know that if I have a problem, they will resolve it.

have used both orange and o2 both have good offers i have stuck with orange mainly because the customer service is better they do know what they are on about i canpay my bill online or just part of it which is handy plus if they lose a call your making they refund you o2 customer service is a joke compared to orange plus i dont trust their bills they never get it right plus read the small print they say if you have an online o2 sim even if you only use the free allowance it states your bill will always be larger than the line rental quoted would you trust that

It would seem that O2's deals and Orange's CS are the perfect combo. Deciding which is the more important is a user preference but bearing in mind most contract renewals deals can be matched.
