Hi Folks.
I got my black housing from here...
http://cnn.cn/shop/sonyericsson-k750i-c-28_105.html
With the current exchange rate it was really cheap (about £20) and was delivered in about 4 days.
If you buy the right tools (also from these people, very cheap!) the phone is actually quite easy to take apart! I would recommend the 'cell phone opener' from the tools section...

This made the whole thing a walk in the park! I now have a nice black K750i!

Thanks.

Andymac,
These are official SonyEricsson parts. I was able with the tools I brought to take all the covers off and replace them in under 10 minutes. Now I know what I am doing I could probably do it in half that!!
Also for all those strange people who actually like the silver, the site I got my covers from have the silver covers as well!!
The postage was really fast. Am just going to get my phone flashed from a local shop (to get rid of all the horrible Vodafone software) and then I should have a nice proper K750i!!!

Cool. I'm going to seriously think about a change to silver from black - the blue lighting would be so smart. I'm not particularly keen on black things, always preferred silver.

This is going to sound really pathetic, but I have bought a black housing for my K750i silver. It came bundled with the tools, and seems really straight forward, but I can't get the damned silver casing off!
I am nervous about breaking it as I do quite like the silver and would want the option of changing back again.
I have removed the four screws by the battery and the silver nipple by the lense slide cover but it won't budge.
Am I missing a trick?
