Well I have gave an explanation to why I could not send out the mobile phone, and I am discusted with this thread. I have been a member on here longer than some of you!
I am 24 and have a rare heart problem - I can even supply photos of me on deaths bed only 2 weeks ago at the hospital.
I hope I have resolved this issue with jags any way!

i think you need to do the right thing and either send the phone or give jiggyjaggy his money back
regardless of whether or not you have a heart problem has nothing to do with it
surely someone else could have got intouch
3 negative feedbacks doesnt exactly help your cause does it
this is very sad situation

yup thats right i believe the way you have dealt with this matter is nothing short of scandelist, and i'm sure you could have got someone else to send the phone on your behalf?

As I said he has promised to refund me by the end of the day today. Its just frustrating going 2 weeks without any contact when £200 of your money is sitting in someone else's pocket.
